Trestle Board

 

January 10, 2006, we had two Candidates receive

their first degree. They are the youngest Entered App.

we have had in a long time, one is 20, the other is 24.

            

We a hoping to have a second degree 01-31-06.

We know that 2006 is going to be a great year

for Cannon Memorial Lodge.

Charity and fund raiser 6am till 11am

Our officers need our help. There  are many

programs that we all can help with.

Don't hesitate to volunteer or offer your suggustions.

Cannon Lodge 626 will soon celebrate

its 90 year anniversary.

Coins are being minted to commemorate this event!

This is a small thankyou to the 85 plus Masters

who have served to guide our Lodge.

Many have served as DDGM & DDGL

Worshipful Brother Ken Davis

Right Worshipful Senior Grand Warden  David Cash will give Masonic Ed, topic tba

February 17-19th Trip to Greenbay Wisconsin to witness 3rd degree ceremony

Tuesday, February 21st Regular Stated Meeting Meal at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00

Marge Hudson will give Masonic Education, Order of the Eastern Star

Sunday, February 26th Visit to Midway Methodist Church, meet at the lodge at 9:30

Monday, March 6th Blood Drive at the lodge, 4-9PM

Tuesday, March 7th   Regular Stated Meeting Meal at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00

Walter Klein will give Masonic Education, History of NC Masonry, including Zeb Vance

Tuesday,, March 21st Regular Stated Meeting Meal at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00

Lauren Hill, one of our 2005 scholarship winners and wonderful vocalist, will perform

Tuesday, April 4th Regular Stated Meeting Meal at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00

Dan Hogue, 33° and guests will give Masonic Education, review of York Rite

Tuesday, April 18th Regular Stated Meeting Meal at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00

Chris Stonestreet will give Masonic Education, Famous Masons throughout history

Our regular stated meetings will be the first and third Tuesday for the remainder of the year, except the first Tuesday (the fourth) of July. Details will follow.

Other scheduled events:

Saturday, May 20th tentatively set as Activity Day at the lodge, a joint venture with Kannapolis #349 OES. Yard sale, crafts, silent auction.

Tuesday, June 6th Regular Stated Meeting, PAST MASTER’S Banquet at 5:30, meeting at 7:00PM details to follow

Saturday, July 22nd BREAKFAST Charity fund raiser 6:00-11:00

Saturday Oct21st Ladies Night Banquet, details to follow
